Orders are shipped daily from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Please allow for up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are sent tracked & tracking details will be provided.
Australia
We ship orders with reliable couriers such as Australia Post, Fastway, Toll & Aramex. Orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days. The postage cost is calculated based on weight at the checkout.
Please note that the coronavirus pandemic has caused increased shipping times on some orders.
New Zealand
Orders to New Zealand are usually sent via Australia Post eParcel. Orders generally arrive within 7-10 business days. The postage cost is calculated based on weight at the checkout.
Rest of the world
We ship international orders via Australia Post. Smaller international orders can be calculated at checkout. For larger orders, please contact us at support@samsonvintagewholesale.com and we can quote you the shipping cost.
Refunds & Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on orders from our store. This means you have 30 days from the date that the order is received to return your order.
Please contact us at support@samsonvintagewholesale.com if you wish to return an order. Please allow 2 business days for our response. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return conditions
- Returns for refund are offered only when an order is not as described or the item quantity was incorrect. Proof of this will be required.
- Please allow for up to 15% grading error on all orders, meaning that up to 15% of the items in a ‘Grade A’ lot may be ‘Grade B’, or from a different decade/department than described within the Product Description.
- Items must be returned in the quantity & condition they were sent in.
- Postage costs are not refundable in any circumstance.
- Buyers are responsible for returning all items.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the returned items & contact you within 3 business days. If your return is approved we will process a refund immediately.
Exchanges
If you chose to exchange your order for store credit, then the original shipping costs will be included in your store credit amount.
